The objectives:
– Joint measures for the comprehensive development and successful implementation of the institution of pre-trial dispute resolution, including the institution of mediation, which contribute to reducing the level of conflict in society.
The main task of conciliation procedures is to bring the parties to a consensus. The mediator helps the parties find a mutually beneficial solution.
The training center is designed to conduct training sessions on the use of conciliation procedures, and the benefits of out-of-court dispute resolution.
Educational work:
-Management of the methodology of project activities of students;
-Development of teaching materials, educational programs;
-Exchange of experience with the mediation center of the Mangistau region and educational institutions.
-Organization and holding of guest lectures with the participation of professional mediators;
Research work:
-Measures are being taken to promote the institution of mediation in all spheres of society in order to resolve disputes amicably.
-Organization and holding of seminars, round tables, trainings, scientific conferences;
Preparation and publication of research materials (articles, monographs);
-Organization and conduct of scientific and consulting work.
