Shegenbaeva Nazira Abilievna
Chief Manager of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Joint Stock Company “National Company” “Aktau International Sea Trade Port”.

Having quickly made a decision, in the summer of 2019, having a PhD in Economics, practical skills in economics and finance, I entered the Business Administration program at Yessenov University.

Education under the EMBA program, in my opinion, does not carry knowledge in the classical sense. You are not taking on a new profession as a carpenter or accountant, however, you are gaining a new perspective on strategy formation, marketing, management and personal development. It is much more important and more expensive. Having studied under this program, I concluded that the basis of business management is the knowledge and skills of strategic management. This allows you to gain the necessary knowledge in finance, in marketing, as well as in other disciplines.

At the same time, you will not feel constrained within the core discipline. And most importantly, everything in such a program will be aimed at developing strategic thinking and acquiring the desired helicopter view.

Thus, taking into account the above, I believe that this program within the walls of Yessenov University stimulates and motivates for changes for the better.

Osin Kirill Vladimirovich
Head of NGO “Eco Mangistau”

All started from the student bench. I was lucky to take part in the creation of the first student Parliament, pass student elections at the faculty, and then negotiate with the rector to protect the rights and interests of students. My activity in the life of the university, in the public life of the city and, most importantly, impeccable academic performance. I was looking for opportunities for self-realization. Imagine these young years, you are young, full of ambitions and plans, you are full and ready for self-realization. At the same time, I was “hungry” for new knowledge. The specialty “”International Relations” was not accidental for me. This is exactly the specialty that immerses you in a distant history, but at the same time you do not get lost in the “crazy” world of modernity. I tried to apply the acquired knowledge and skills in practice and in my future work. Moving forward is the engine of progress, yours first.

Niyazov Nursultan Kairzhanovich
Assistant General Director, LLP “Port Kuryk”

In 2019, I started my Executive MBA program at Yessenov University.

Studying on the EMBA program provides potential opportunities for professional growth, as well as a deeper understanding of business principles, in particular project management. Maximum involvement in the learning process allows you to mobilize yourself and use time rationally. During my studies, a lot has changed in me – the perception of business, approaches, views, knowledge has been structured.

A strong teaching staff did not give us ready-made recipes, but constantly set tasks, challenged and led to reflections, calculations, actions. Training required a lot of effort, time, and resources from us, but in return we got much more.

I can say that my expectations were generally justified.
